What is this Poetry Coven you ask? It’s a monthly generative poetry workshop I run, there’s an in-person workshop and a online workshop. Here are the details:

Who: You, hopefully!

What: A monthly generative poetry workshop, in-person and online options

Where: My house in Arlington, VA (in-person) or online

When: 2nd Tuesday of each month, 7-9pm ET (in-person) and 2nd Wednesday of each month, 7-9pm ET (online)

Why: Because I love writing and spending time with other writers and I love building community. This allows me to do all of those things!

How: Venmo (@courtney-leblanc-poet) or PayPal $20, along with your email address, no later than the 2nd Sunday of the month. Once payment is confirmed, I’ll send you the poems we’ll be reading/discussing that month and the address/Zoom link! One scholarship will be awarded per month to member of the BIPOC, LGBTQIA +, non-binary, and/or disabled communities who cannot afford to attend (email me to request this, please kindly only request it if you are truly unable to pay).

PLEASE NOTE: Starting in January 2025  you can also choose the annual membership option for $225. Payment for drop-in is due the Sunday before the workshop (3 days before we meet online).

For the in-person workshop – during cold/hot/inclement weather we’ll be inside, up two short flights of stairs. We’ll be in my backyard as weather permits!
